    He's planning a unconstitutional purge of any and all liberals employed by the federal government. Expect other agencies to receive similar orders in the near future

    President Trump is going to need information about all the agencies so that he can improve working conditions and make every agency more efficient, and accountable to the people. Everyday he is reaching out and meeting with all kinds of people who think different than him

    Because he doesn't think that what they are doing is worthwhile and it gives him a good way of finding out which positions can be eliminated.

    They can give him what he asks for now, or wait until January 20th, when they can give it to him when he asks as their actual boss.

    As to why, I am guessing he wants to know where his new people are coming from.

    Don't worry, they have civil service protection.
