I just select the parts I want. I think I did it with Windows Movie Maker or some other free movie program. It gave scenes frame by frame. I'm not sure if it keeps the sound, but you can load it as a sound file and us the record program that comes with windows to chop off the ends or beginning.

    Open Wireshark

Find the "Capture" drop-down menu at the top.

Click that, go down to Interfaces and open it.

Select the network adapter you wish to capture packets with "Probably the one with the most packets if you don't already know."

    Click Start

Up at the top were it says "Filter" type STP inside of that and press enter. Boom, you're not watching all of the spanning tree packets going through that adapter.
