Classical music for winter season/ Christmastime?

Recently ventured into classical music.. Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for the winter season.. Not specific Christmas pieces per se, (although feel free to recommend those as well) but composers or compositions that you feel suit the wintry season?

My favourite piece is Largo al Factotum from The Barber of Seville.
