Are Puerto Ricans, the most Anglicized latinos?
Puerto Rico is a colony of The United States. So The American government institutions and crony business corporations have branches in Puerto Rico.
That makes, The Puerto Ricans to move to the U.S. mainland and optain American citizenship.
That makes Puerto Ricans to be Americans and learn and speak English.
Do you think, that Boricuas are most Anglo latinos in The USA?

Nope, that would actually be the original Mexican Americans in the West (not counting recent immigrants). Puerto Rico has only been a territory of the United States since the 50's. The former Spanish/Mexican West on the other hand, has been part of the U.S since the 1850's. There are people of Spanish/Mexican descent whose ancestors were already American citizens in the 19th century. Many "Hispanos" in the West have been raised for generations to be "American". There are millions Mexican Americans in California, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Colorado etc, who are American first, "Mexican" second. They are as American and "middle class" any other citizen.

They don't "obtain" American Citizenship, they are born with it. Every last one of them. I wonder just how much you actually know about Latin-American cultures. You might be full of Sheeyit.
