Spinach has Vitamin A, I'm not sure how much. Whatever food you plan on eating, you can type in the name of the food in a keyword search and then put health benefits: Example: Carrot health benefits, Spinach Health benefits and this should tell you what vitamins and minerals are in them.

There are two forms of Vitamin A: Beta Carotene and Retinol. Beta Carotene comes from plants, vegetables, and fruit - while Retinol comes from animal sources. From what I have heard, it is better to have too much Vitamin A that comes from Beta Carotene, than Retinol.

    Caffeine destroys: Vitamin A

Some substances hinder the absorption of other substances, or deplete them.
