Matilda Belle "Tilly" ~ 9/10.
I absolutely love this combo! Matilda is beautiful and has so much vintage charm, while Belle is short and sweet - it makes me think of the princess from Beauty and the Beast (she was always my favourite!) The names complement each other really well and flow perfectly with your surname.
Adelaide Rose "Ellie" ~ 7/10.
Adelaide is strong and refreshingly unusual. Rose is gorgeous, although a bit overused as a middle name. Adelaide Rose flows nicely together but I don't like the alliteration of Adelaide Abbott too much - it's a bit of a mouthful! Also, I think you'll have trouble with establishing Ellie as a nickname because there are more obvious choices (Addie, Ada, Adele, Delly) that people will be more inclined to use.
Georgia Pearl "Gia" ~ 8/10.
Yet another pretty name! I really like your style. Georgia is a classic and matched with old-fashioned Pearl, the combo comes across as elegant, feminine and classy. I'm not a fan of the nickname Gia (I think it sounds like you're trying too hard to be different. I prefer Georgie, or even Gigi) but the names go together really well and flow beautifully with your surname Abbott.
Overall, my favourite combination is Matilda Belle Abbott. But all of your choices are wonderful so you can't go wrong with any of them! Ignore your family, it doesn't matter if they don't like the names because it's your baby and frankly it's obvious they don't have the same great taste as you (hehe!)
As a little extra, here are some more names that I think you may like based on your current favourites:
Hope I helped ;) xx

Matilda (Tilly) Belle - my grandma's name was Emma Matilda and she went by Tillie.
Matilda Belle Abbott sounds very nice!
Adelaide (Ellie) Rose - Adelaide (like Matilda) is a very old-fashioned name. It's OK though.
Adelaide Rose Abbott is a good, solid, feminine name.
Georgia (Gia) Pearl - This is my least favorite of the three names you've selected. Georgia is OK but it has never done much for me. Georgia Pearl sounds odd together, but it's not awful; just not my taste.
Georgia Pearl Abbott is a fine name.

I think none of them flow with Abbott.
Matilda ends in A, Georgia ends in A, and Adelaide has the short A sound. All wrong with Abbott

Matilda Rose Abbott
Matilda Claire Abbott
Matilda Jane Abbott
Matilda Josephine Abbott
Matilda Harper Abbott
Matilda Rosalie Abbott
Matilda Adeline Abbott
Madelyn Rose Abbott
Madelyn Jane Abbott
Madelyn Elise Abbott
Madelyn Claire Abbott
Madelyn Elizabeth Abbott
Madelyn Annelisa Abbott
Madelyn Rosalie Abbott
Tinsley Rose Abbott
Rosalie Pearl Abbott
I would choose Adelle as a short name for Adelaide, Ellie is a bit of a stretch.
