I understand that the FDA requires the "Not a significant source of protein" label on pork rinds because, although there is a large amount?
of protein, it is not a complete/quality source. But surely some complete protein can be derived from it -- can someone provide information on how much?

Basically, the amino acids in pork rinds are insufficient. Even if you eat a sh*t ton of them it won't give you what you need to survive.
