Ada, because Elizabeth is overused, and Emerald is too out there.

I love Ada and Elizabeth but I am not a fan of the word emerald being used as a name for a human.

  • I would stay far away from Emerald. It comes across as really trashy - I reckon lots of people would associate it as a "stripper" or "porn star" name!

Ada and Elizabeth are both gorgeous choices. Ada is more unusual and has bags of vintage charm, whereas Elizabeth is more common but is a timeless classic.

Personally, I prefer Elizabeth, simply because I adore the nickname Eliza. But both are lovely choices so you can't go wrong either way! You could even combine them together if you love them equally: Elizabeth Ada or Ada Elizabeth. Both combos work really well.

    Hope I helped ;) xx

Elizabeth. I don't like Ada and Emerald looks trashy as all get-out.

    Emerald because-

Elizabeth is too common (not special or unique anymore)

Ada is too uncommong and way too unique.

Emerald is a little of both

  • Ada :)

Simple, pretty, and very timeless. It sounds fun & youthful, but also very grown-up and sophisticated. I can see it aging well, it's uncommon (but not trendy, tacky, made-up, or exotic). It's a good level of popularity.

Elizabeth is beautiful too. Emerald is kind of silly & tacky to me
