White smoke coming out of my 4 stroke 49cc moped muffler when the is engine is cold what is it is it normal?

    If the engine is cold, the white exhaust is normal steam, not smoke. When everything warms up, it should disppear. If the engine is a water-cooled 4-stroke and the white smoke continues when the engine is warmed-up, then you may need a head gasket replacement.

    Smoke is never good, but if it is in fact STEAM, then it's just condensate boiling off and is totally normal.

    Yeah, if the ambient temperature is cold, and the smoke clears after a while it should be ok.
