What part of the ADA allows the disabled to have jobs without losing their benefits?


I mean benefits like: Social Security and Medicaid.

    The ADA- nothing, There are programs called Trial Work, Ticket to Work that can help maximize your benefits while you work. You can ALWAYS work when on SSI or SSDI, you just are limited as to how much you can earn before you lose your benefits and it is actually quite a bit.

    The ADA says that if you have a life altering disability, you have to be treated the same as any other employee, with reasonable accommodation to be able to do the job.
