Well I eneded up nuking the whole thing and decided to do a boot from the usb to reinstall everything. well everything was going great till I got to the page where i have to choose what drive to use. theres only one which I have cleaned and formatted through CMP. Every time i click on it it says
Windows can't be installed on this drive.
in the (show detail) part it says:
windows cannot be installed to this disk. this computer's hardware may not support booting to disk. ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu.
I looked it up on google and it tried just about everything. includng converting the disk to GPT and cleaning and formatting it.
