I think it is... a short-sighted and/or incomplete view of the universe, but not necessarily *willfully* so.

I think anyone who is actually taking a genuine, honest, hard look at the situation will acknowledge that there are, in fact, female privileges and male disadvantages. It is, in my opinion, very much the case that there are a lot *more* male privileges and female disadvantages, but anyone who doesn't acknowledge that both sets exist is... not looking at things honestly. Or not living in a modern Western nation, it is quite possibly the case that there are no significant female privileges or male disadvantages in, say, the Middle East or India or something.

A woman pays less for auto insurance yet, statistics show they are more dangerous drivers than men. More than 1/2 of your DWI's are by women, yet more men are arrested for DWI than women are.

Anyone who has spent anytime here has seen the many female privileges explained time and time again. It's just one of many examples of feminist denial.

  • Sounds like the feminist equivalent of a Christian saying "Of course God loves us! Look around!". Totally faith based. That's just them parroting their narrative. They think if they open their mind for even a split second, the Misogyny Devil will drag them away to MRA Hell or something.

    It's dishonest.

And I'm morally certain it's KNOWINGLY so.

It's an honest statement. That person doesn't know of any privileges that women enjoy or disadvantages that men face.

If you actually take a step back and look at the privileges you believe women enjoy, you would actually see those come with huge disadvantages.

Not all of them. They may be fairly minor in the grand scheme of things, but consider men's vs women's freedom to wear "opposite sex" clothing, or have "opposite sex" hobbies, or the like. Consider how men vs women are treated as parents. And so on.

Either the person who said is a retard, delusional or a liar.

    Blissfully ignorant

It's too black-and-white, but the underlying insinuation is somewhat true.
