i sold my pc to my uncle so i took the HD off and told hi to buy a new one , i did that because i had personal stuff there, but when i went to his house today i wanted to show him something on the internet and when i went to the website my password and id were still there.. i asked him why it was still saved here, and he said after he instaled the new HD my old programs, skype, viber, chrome etc were stil on the computer . WHYYYYYYY??? is there anychance he will be able to see the stuff i had on my pc before i removed the HD? like pics, videos , college documents, passwords etc ?

Not possible unless the PC had two drives, like an HD and and SSD.

After you reset your computer, all of your stuff should be gone. If there are any programs left, they should only be the ones that came with the original hard drive.
