How is SMS and data priced in your country?

Here the prices are R$ 0.60 for the first usage of the day, if I don't send a message or use my interned I won't be charged, I if I send 20 messages I'll pay only R$ 0.60 (1st message is charged, 2nd and onwards aren't charged), for internet, I pay R$ 0.60 for 1 megabyte (speed), if use more than... show more Here the prices are R$ 0.60 for the first usage of the day, if I don't send a message or use my interned I won't be charged, I if I send 20 messages I'll pay only R$ 0.60 (1st message is charged, 2nd and onwards aren't charged), for internet, I pay R$ 0.60 for 1 megabyte (speed), if use more than this, they'll cut or reduce my internet speed, to restore the speed I've two choices: Pay more R$ 0.60 for the default speed or buy a faster and more expensive data package
R$ 0.60 exchange rates (roughly) today: US$ 0.17, CA$ 0.21, 14€ and £ 0.11
