Will the Steelers be signing Josh Norman today or tomorrow?

If I were a betting man, I seriously doubt that Josh Norman will be wearing black and yellow next season.
Unless Josh Norman just want to play in Pittsburgh cheap, the Steelers don't have the cap room to give him the $16 million he wants.

Actually, it depends on his work ethic during this offseason. If Josh Norman works hard and performs very well in practice every day, he will greatly improve his chances of getting signed to play for an NFL team, such as the Pittsburgh Steelers, for this upcoming season.

Someone will be signing him, but it has to be a team with salary cap space. The Steelers only have 3.4 million and have the draft coming up. That's not enough cap space to sign Norman. The Giants or Bears do have the cap space.

No, it would be great but he'd have to take a pay cut if he wants to play for the Steelers...I don't see that happening.

Pittsburgh has about $3.1M in cap space so they won't have the scratch to sign the mouthy little ghetto rat.

Ha! No cap room / they can't afford him.
