    No.

Stalin supported its creation at the newly-formed UN but that's about it. Israel was ultimately created by the British, who had control of that land immediately prior to Israel's birth. Stalin actually did this to try to spread some Communist influence; however, when Israel embraced capitalism he instead turned more towards the Arab states, who also did a lot of business and trade with the Soviet Union.

No : you have the Americans to blame.

At the end of the 2nd world war, Palestine was under British rule, At that time there where millions of displaced jews from all over Europe looking for an homeland, many wanted to goto join family in he USA. The Americans in their wisdom didnt want millions of jewish refugees entering the US which would have destabalised american society. So the american government under Truman applied economic pressure on the British to allow the jewish refugees to enter Palestine creating the state of Israel. at first the British resisted the soft economic force and a short war with Jewish guerrillas went on for a few months. The Americans applied greater pressure and because the British had suffered massive amounts of financial damages fighting the war with the Germans , it had to give in and let the Jews settle in Palestine forming the new state of Israel.

Americans did support the creation of Israel; however, there was SO much more from the non-American spheres also pushing for that as well.

Israel was originally a Nazi expatriation plan for the Jews which was adopted by America and Britain.

The plans for Israel DEFINITELY predate the advent of the Nazi party, by decades. So "originally" is definitely not true, and the Nazis at best toyed with the idea of exiling all the Jews there. More thought was put towards other locals and ultimately, such ideas were discarded.
