Got a CP2000 Letter but paid it in full?

So we got a CP2000 Letter from the IRS back in Feb we were already in the middle of doing an FHA home loan...we didn't say anything because we were hoping we would close before the March date we needed to respond by but looks like we will close AFTER that date so now we are in final underwriting haven't... show more So we got a CP2000 Letter from the IRS back in Feb we were already in the middle of doing an FHA home loan...we didn't say anything because we were hoping we would close before the March date we needed to respond by but looks like we will close AFTER that date so now we are in final underwriting haven't heard anything bad about our file, my mother in law has helped us paying off the CP2000 letter in full it was a little over 4K she put it on her credit card and we printed out the receipt...now if this comes up in our tax transcripts in underwriting can just showing the receipt that it's paid be good enough or will they want to wait until the credit card is paid off or would we have to have her sign a note saying we do not have to pay it back to her or will they don't care as long as it's paid and not a loan??? We paid it a week ago and are expecting to close March 30th. I doubt the tax transcripts have been updated this fast. We still haven't said anything to our LO about it just don't want to open yet another can of worms.
Update: UPDATE: WE WERE NEVER ASKED FOR THE TRANSCRIPTS AND ABOUT THE TAXES AT ALL NOR ASKED FOR RETURNS AND YET WE STILL CLEARED TO CLOSE AND SIGN PAPERS AND GET KEYS ON MONDAY THE 4TH! SO THANKS....I GUESS.....
