whenever i drink water my mouth is cold, am i allergic to water?

It is extremely rare to be allergic to water. I don't think 'cold mouth' would be an indication.

No because the water "is cold" itself so when you put it in your mouth it will "feel cold".

For example: you touch fire and what does it feel like? It burns..that doesn't mean that you're "allergic to fire" now! XDD

It was either the water you were drinking was cold or you just..well..misunderstand the word "allergic" XDD
