SPE = 1/2kx² = (0.5)(150)(0.2)² = 3 J
SPE is converted to ball's KE = 1/2mV²
3 = 1/2(0.05)V² = 0.025V²
V² = 3/0.025 = 120
V = 10.95 ≈ 11. m/s ANS
