what kind of tablet to get?

hello im thinking of buying a tablet for all my internet browsing, to replace our desktop computer which is 7+ yrs old still running Windows Vista the computer is kinda slow and i want something a little faster and portable. i have seen alot on ebay going for under 100 and i was wondering what is a good brand and model to get?
