On a planet full of humans most of who reject anything and everything making more laws forcing them more into cooperation in order to survive only adds to the discontent we all have within us. Those who are able to coordinate, cooperate or collaborate with the power that establishes the laws are those who are able to sublimate their discontents so as to not let any of them interfere with their survival in such a new system and way of life.
