Do you think this $440 gaming pc good for its price?

G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) Ripjaws X Series DDR3 1600Mhz

WD 1TB HDD

MSI NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 1GB

CM Storm Devastator KB/MO

2 LED Fans Back 120mm Pre-installed

Power Supply: Cougar SL 400 Watts

Motherboard: Gigabyte Ultra Durable 78LMT-USB3.

Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit

My current computer: Dell OptiPlex 755 Mini Tower

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66Ghz

RAM: 4 GB DDR2 667Mhz

OS: Windows 7 Pro

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650

Free Disk Space: 250GB HDD

My current computer can handle GTA V at 900p low-med setting 20~30fps, so I'm wondering what fps can I hit with the $440 Gaming PC ABS Dreadnought Desktop PC Mid Tower

Games: Grand Theft Auto V, Battlefield 4, CSGO, and Far Cry 4

    If you could spare some cash get atleast 8GB of RAM, and for your operating system Instead of getting pro why don't you just get Home Edition, unless your into managing accounts and stuff. Also if you could somehow get some more money get a GTX 750 Ti 2GB. Some of those games that you want to play have a higher VRAM than 1GB so you might experience random textures popping in and out. It's decent though just with some minor upgrades and you should be good.
