Nose piercing help?

I just got my nose pierced and I know I need to use a sea salt soak, but I don't have any sea salt right now. Is it okay to use hand soap and warm water to clean my piercing?? I have nothing else to use except hydrogen peroxide and I know that you aren't supposed to use that.

Let water run over it in the shower to irrigate the wound a bit and get to the store tomorrow. But sea salt is no longer industry standard - it doesn't create a sterile isotonic solution like you need. Soap and peroxide are definite no no's.

Get a sterile saline wound wash spray from the pharmacy or first aid aisle at a grocery store and use that twice a day.

Why can't you just use normal table salt?

I don't know apparently regular table salt doesn't work for cleaning it.
