Pregnancy bleeding and back pain?

Im 6months, this is my second pregnancy. I have a appointment tomorrow but I just want opinions on what it might be. I dont bleed everyday. But randomly. Like last night I was taking a shower, looked down and there was alot of blood going down the drain. Then it just stopped. I dont get it. My back hurts so bad too. It hurts when I cough or something..

If it was a one time gush of blood, it was likely just a pocket that broke free. But only your doctor who knows your specific medical history can answer this.

Please don't go to the ER without calling your doctor first, unless you are bleeding so profusely that you're in danger of shock.
