On Transavia what happens if you don't pay to reserve your seat when booking airfare?

Can they kick you out of the flight? Or will you just be automatically added to one of the seats?

You'll be assigned to a seat when you check in. If the flight is oversold, you might be bumped to a later one if there are no more seats available.
