Do creationists realize denying evolution requires throwing out virtually all biologists and the best encyclopedia in the world?

"To accept evolution isn't just to acknowledge the obvious, that the evidence behind it is overwhelming. It is to open one's eyes to the endless beauty that life has generated and continues to produce. It is to become a knowing participant in the truest sense, in the living world of which we are all a part."

-- Ken Miller, Brown University biologist

"There is probably no other notion in any field of science that has been as extensively tested and as thoroughly corroborated as the evolutionary origin of living organisms."

-- Encyclopedia Britannica

Of course not, they cannot realize anything. That is the whole point; they are ignorant, and are actively insisting on remaining ignorant idiots.

Not one creationist answered the simple question. "Yes I realize I have to throw out the world's biologists and the world's encyclopedias to be an evolution denier" would have been good enough. But they completely ignored the question. Instead they wrote their usual moronic bullsh!t.

    - They are all made up anyway, so why not.

To accept evolution isn't just to acknowledge the obvious, that the evidence behind it is overwhelming

    - They don't care.

Encyclopedia Britannica isn't telling the truth. Nobody has observed speciation, much less changes in chromosome counts. Go ahead. Duplicate the evolutionary history of our species without tinkering with the process (that would make it intelligent design). Call it your peer review of evolution. Evolution is neither obvious nor science.

Is it better to keep 40 pounds of moldy food in your fridge because it was expensive or is it better to just throw it all out because it can't be eaten and you can't buy new food until there is space in the fridge?

If it's wrong, then throw it out.

Do you get what I am saying?

No, but you get a cookie for mindlessly following the crowd without thinking for yourself.

Sorry Marc. I see your comments here often and never know what you're trying to say. Some parts seem ok, but then the rest seems like it is the product of an LSD trip or something. Sorry again.

They do not realize that the creation belief was created by ancient men attempting to explain that which they did not understand based in the beliefs of that time.

Evolution isn't rocket science. Most people should be able to understand it if they were given the honest information, and not bamboozled by creationists nonsense.

They don't care. Creationists didn't reach their conclusions by following evidence, so giving them evidence is unlikely to change their mind. They start with the conclusion and then ignore or dismiss anything that doesn't fit.

The question is specifically asking about creationists. Ken Miller is not an atheist.
