Is there a good product I can buy that will help improve my posture?
I have terrible posture. I need to pull my shoulders back & lift up my chest & neck. I'm starting to develop a little hump at the bottom of my neck & my shoulders & shoulder blades are starting to hurt more often. My friend always tells me to fix my posture when it's bad but I often don't realize that it's so bad. Is there a product out there that will force me to pull my shoulders back in order to have good posture?

maybe shoulder exercise fix posture.
if shoulder exercise doesn't give more energy / willpower to fix posture then
try do chinup exercise.
can be done on opened door frame, grab socks on each hand to soften grip.
but chinup does not prevent osteoporosis

which forces you to work against gravity. Some examples of
weight-bearing exercises include weight training, walking,
hiking, jogging, climbing stairs, tennis, and dancing.
Examples of exercises that are not weight-bearing include
swimming and bicycling'
2. 'weight-bearing is the amount of weight a patient puts on the leg'
