Can't get rid of 'RespectSale' adware and I've tried everything.?

Recently 'ads by RespectSale' have started showing up in Chrome. It's pretty much the same as other adwares I've had and thought I'd be able to delete it through my extensions, which I could to before. However this time it was not there.

I tried uninstalling it through my configuration panel but there's no suspicious programs.

I've also tried numerous virus and adware scanners, of which Malware Bytes, McAfee, Spybot Search&Destroy and Microsoft Security Essentials. Essentials could not find anything, McAfee didn't find anything that had to do with this, Spybot did find something but that wasn't it. Malware did find several files that I though were it, but after deleting them and restarting my pc as told the adware was still there. I scanned my entire C: drive and do not have any other drives.

It also affects FireFox and Internet Explorer.

I'm at a complete loss at what to do. I've tried pretty much everything.

Does anyone have any ideas?

    Try SpyHunter. If you need a step by step guide, you can go to Google's blog ComputerVirusKiller. It has a post there.

    Yes. Use a modified HOSTS file. This comes with a (very large) list of websites it will block and can add or remove any entries.

    Includes instructions for Windows 7 and 8.1

    If you can`t find it then it might be hiding under a different name, try AdwCleaner then reset ALL of your installed browsers.

    Have a read of the safe and comprehensive link below;

    Run a full scan and clean with Reason Core Security. It gets RespectSale.
