Curious of what a deployment to Kuwait is like? Any action? Things to do if any?

A deployment to Kuwait is nine months of sweating in the heat and a lot of training. Some troops in Kuwait rotate into Iraq for support positions such as training Iraqi forces in their fight against ISIS. Speaking to someone that went there recently for a nine month deployment, his unit sent a different platoon into Iraq every 90 days for a three month rotation, where they performed various actions in support of the mission.

My son was there for a year. His job was to outprocess army units from Iraq. What will happen on any deployment depends on your job within the military.

if you like training in 120 degree weather in the desert and you call that action
things to do-- of course you can sweat --a lot
