Janet Van Dyne is confirmed dead before the start of the Ant-Man movie. Given that, and that they are going with the Scott Lang incarnation of Ant-Man, tying him in with Jessica Jones (who is scheduled to follow Daredevil with her own show on Netflix next year) would make the most sense.
