英文翻譯 退貨求償的問題

上個禮拜上了日本亞馬遜書店買了,藍光光碟結果送來的是dvd。這個禮拜店家寄了子郵件給我詢問或物是否送達。因為我不是日本人所以就用英文回了「你們送錯東西了,寄來的是dvd非藍光,我是台灣人我不會用日語。」結果今天就有會英文的店員「ホビーの池田」的Mr.Sano用英文回我,大意是說:「抱歉,送錯東西了,請把東西退回,我們會退你商品費用及運費。」但是人在台灣寄國際郵件實在麻煩。最多只想退費而已,我想這樣回復他。因為我英文不好。請大家幫我翻譯以下文字。

「你好,確實收到了錯誤的商品。可是我現在在台灣不在日本。要寄國際郵件實在麻煩。我曾在美國亞馬遜公司買過商品,如果由亞馬遜公司負責運送的東西,理論上可由亞馬遜公司負責。我看過日本亞馬遜的出貨政策,基本上亦是相同的。日本亞馬遜有對物品真偽及錯誤負責。該貨品是由日本亞馬遜負責出貨的。能否請店家代為買家退費求償事宜,如需圖片證據請來信告知。」

謝謝回答者「呆子」的回答,我用了你的回答結果對方回信了。大意就是說「叫我詳讀日本亞馬遜的退貨政策,然後會協助我直至退款。」我稍微看了一下退或政策,雖都是英文,但大致上都在講哪些不能退,哪些可以退。」大概對方只接受把商品寄回吧。我希望再這麼回他。起大家翻譯。「您希望我怎麼做?把商品寄回去?那樣實在是太麻煩了。我只是希望能拿回我的錢。如果不然,我寧願保留錯誤的商品,而不退錢。畢竟時間就是金錢。雖然我會為此感到遺憾。祝日安。

    Dear Mr./Ms.,I have received the wrong item. It makes me trouble to return the goods by international air mail because I stay in Taiwan, not Japan. Judging from the shipping policy, Amazon in America is responsible for the shipping goods. I have learned that the shipping policy of Amazon in America is the same as in Japan. Therefore, Amazon in Japan is responsible for the mistake. Could the store be on the effect of the right of subrogation and get my money back?     -----I did receive the wrong merchandise (=goods on the fraud blue tooth ROM etc.).Since I am in Taiwan and not in Japan, to send international mails is very troublesome for me.

    -----In usa I've bought Amazon merchandising products before. I learnt Amazon would theoretically be responsible for logistic courier services. I've seen and learnt the Japan Amazon's mailing policies are basically the same.Japan Amazon would be responsible for the goods authenticity and any errors incurred.

    -----Since the goods from Japan Amazon are also responsible for logistic courier services,can they act as an "Agent for Amazon" to refund the claim on behalf of their clients ?
