My Mom cooked the noodles, and drained them. She added a can of cream of mushroom, a little milk, a can of tuna, salt and pepper. She stirred it, and put it in a casserole, and heated it up. Just before serving, she put crushed potatoc hips on the top.
I make the same thing, except I add a handful of frozen peas to the mix. And mine never sees a casserole, I heat it through on the stove and seve it from there.
Hot turkey sandwiches are as above. I go find roasted turkey gravy in a jar, pour it and the turkey into a pan, simmer it a bit, then pour over bread.
another way is to heat some turkey and gravy, and put some warm dressing/stuffing down on the plate, and top with the turkey and gravy. Don't forget the cranberry sauce.
Use the deli turkey, buy the sliced thicker kind, or buy a turkey breast and cook it, whatever you want.
