If I had to choose one....I don't know, probably Ranma 1/2 because it's a long series that's funny and exciting (I have a thing for harem ecchi comedy).

Another favorite in that genre for me is zero no tsukaima, I just find it has some exciting goof moments. Again, I have a soft spot for that group of genre.

Steins;gate is my all time favorite anime! But my other favorites that i would also rate 10/10 would be Accel world, madoka magica, and a certain scientific railgun. So my top list looks like
