Trickle down scr*wed Americans royally but the invasion of Iraq scr*wed the whole world, except for Dick Cheney and the shrub, so I would say that the invasion of Iraq was the most hateful thing any leader could do. Yes, akin to the Nazis orchestration of the Holocaust.
