Best Nintendo DS Emulator for Window 7?

Currently using desmume-0.9.6, but the audio/games lag and it spikes my CPU and Memory sky high. Plus, the format of desmume doesn't look that great.

What is the best Nintendo DS Emulator for Windows 7?

i use no$gba. you can even use multiplayer with it and its incredibly simple. AND you can connect an Xbox controller to it. try that one
