Is 1500 calories a day too little for me?

Stats: Height: 6'2 Weight: 220 lbs Body fat: 22% Hit a stand still with 2k calories, like I have in the past. Keep in mind my body tends to hold onto weight at lower cals then average people, and is fairly anti-catabolic.
