Is 1500 calories a day too little for me?
Weight: 220 lbs
Body fat: 22%
Hit a stand still with 2k calories, like I have in the past. Keep in mind my body tends to hold onto weight at lower cals then average people, and is fairly anti-catabolic. Current routine is alternating squat, bench press, bentover rows with squat, deadlifts, overhead press M W F and high intensity cardio T Th.
