Reasonable expectation. You cannot have muscles without exercise. You cannot have a cardio workout without breathing hard. Having both of these burns calories. When you exercise for longer than 25 minutes or don't eat carbs for more than 16 hours, then your body starts burning fat for energy. If you eat protein, then you can prevent the body from breaking down the muscles for energy and other components it needs to continue working.

Daily purple breakfast smoothies (acai, pamegranate, concord grape) with protein (organic soy milk with B12), frozen fruits: blue/black berries, strawberries, orange or yellow (peaches, mangos), frozen bananas

3x week: oil fish (sardines with bones in olive oil, Brisling preferred, pilchard, herring, smig, sprat),
yogurt, broccoli, sweet potatoes, avocado
