Will my muscle soreness go away?

A few days ago I decided to start working out/exercising out of the blue. I'm doing sit-ups, push-ups, and lifting small (15 lb.) dumbbells. The abdominal soreness came and went quickly, but my arms are extremely sore near the crook of the elbows, along with the biceps. Am I pushing myself too far, or will I get used to these workouts if I continue, with the soreness going away on its own?

    Might be your form if your elbows really hurts the next day..... give it a couple workout sessions and if they hurt like the first time everytime it's your form

    Soreness goes away after a while

    you'll get used to it

    but if it hurts, then you're overtraining

    Same happened to me. You're fine and will eventually get used to it
