You can search at this online database for registered names and reserved names:

copyright and patent generally have nothing to do with "names". Trademarks and trade names can be closely linked, depending upon how the company has used its name or registered its trademarks.

Do as "bcnu" says.

When you find a trademarked/ patented/ copyrighted name you like the make a small change & use that for yours. That is quite common here in the Philippines.
