How do you tell the difference between a pimple and a stage 1 bedsore?

About an hour ago I noticed a soreness on the inner part of my *** cheek. I can't see it, but it feels slightly raised from the surrounding skin and sore to the touch. I know a pimple can feel the same way, but I do sit down a lot (a lot lot), and that's how bed sores are formed. So are there any differences in how pimples and bed sores look or feel?

Sitting down a lot doesn't cause bedsores. What causes them is not shifting position. If you have normal range of muscle and sensation in your butt, you'll shift your weight around in a way that prevents sores from forming.
