College and university biology programs provide the opportunity to study a plethora of ideas and concepts. Below is a list of the top biology programs from colleges and universities in the United States. Obviously, publications rate the programs differently, but I've seen the following programs turn up consistently in the rankings. It is always best to compare and contrast different programs as biology programs are unique. Always choose the best school for your interests and aspirations.

Top Biology Programs - AP Biology

Those who wish to gain credit for introductory college level biology courses should consider taking an Advanced Placement Biology coarse. Taking the course itself however is not enough to gain college level credit. Students enrolled in the AP Biology course must take the AP Biology exam to gain credit. Most colleges will give credit toward entry level biology courses for students who earn a score of 3 or better on the exam. Good luck. I was a college professor of education.

Please realize that ITT tech is ONLY nationally accredited, which is basically a worthless accreditation. (It's also a for-profit school.) A school is supposed to at least be regionally accredited. On that note, however, even though devry is regionally accredited, it's a for-profit school as well. Their course credits usually do NOT transfer to other schools, even if the for-profit school is regionally accredited.
