Jehovah's Witnesses: Does The Bible Teach That Angels Are Divine?
Tim, not only did you provide a definition but also two scriptural citations and you referenced no less than fourteen different Bibles. And not one of them was the New World Translation! Thanks for staying on point and using the sword to answer the question. The Word of God is Alive!
Thanks to all!

Divine: "of or relating to a god, especially the Supreme Being; coming from, or like, God or a god; godlike or heavenly."
"Does The Bible Teach That Angels Are Divine?"
By those widely accepted definitions of "divine," yes.
If you check the EXB rendering of Job 38:4,7, it reads:
"Where were you when I made the earth’s foundation? Tell me, if you understand. 7 while the morning stars sang together and all the angels [sons of god] shouted with joy?"
But does that necessarily mean that angels are "godlike"?
Well, of interest is what is recorded at Daniel 3:25 in the various Bible versions at:
And note, again, what the EXB says:
"The king said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire. They are not tied [bound] up, and they are not burned [hurt]. The fourth man looks like a son of the gods [a divine figure].”
Indeed, so does the ISV.
What about the others there?
The CEB, CJB, CEV, NET, NLT and TLB seem to agree that "the fourth looks like one of the gods!”
The KJV, GNV, JUB, MEV render it, "the form of the fourth is like the Son of God!”
and finally, the ERV and GNT say, "The fourth man looks like an angel.”
It would be reasonable, then, to conclude from those scriptural renderings that angels are divine, would it not?

By raw definition, it would appear that even angels are divine.
The bible says that even instruction can be divine [Acts 10:20] Angels have been called the sons of god. Many times they are refered to as god's angels. In the same scripture in Acts, it recons Angels to being Holy. Since god is Holy, they are like god, which is the raw definition of Divine.

In what sense? All were created by Jesus, using God's power and design. Then all animals and humans were also. Revelation also shows a third of those angels kicked out of heaven by being on Satan's side. Clearly then they are not divine if they turn to wickedness.
The Bible shows Jesus, when in human firm, became lower than the angels. Making angels superior life forms compared to humans. That does not make us less approved by God. Not even in our imperfections. Our obedience to God makes a great difference in spite of imperfections. Angels cannot conceive of imperfections at all.
Properly then, angels are not divine, just superior to humans. Only Almighty God and now Jesus, after Jesus' resurrection and promotion to the 2nd most powerful individual in existence as a god (but not Almighty God) in his own right can now be considered divine.
He was not divine as the first creation of God, NOR would angels be as the second. Not PERSONALLY created by God, Jesus was used.

From what I've read, the bible doesn't really teach /anything/ about angels apart from their being servants of God.

Yes, they live in the same plane of existence as Jehovah and his son Jesus. They are spirit persons (not ghosts like the Trinitarians believe).
