My snacks are usually simple and harmless that will not spike up, break up or split up my diet. I love frozen bananas dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkle with some toasted coarsely chopped nuts. Another is my own improvised version of chex mix with dried fruits and nuts or chinese rice crackers mix with much improved combination of some chili flakes, cayenne peppers, paprika. Sometimes I will buy almonds, cashews, walnut, ground nuts to mop up those drizzling dark chocolate from making my frozen bananas and with a little sea salt make a great snacks too.

My 14 yr. old daughter loves to mix peanut butter and pancake syrup together to form a smooth mixture, then spread it on toast or dip apple slices in it. Kind of tastes like caramel. She also likes to take chocolate syrup or chocolate pudding and dip bananas in them. No muss, no fuss, no microwave, no stove, no blender needed for either. These are her 2 favorites when she gets the midnight munchies on school nights and doesn't want my wife or myself to know she is up!
