No. Titles in Europe generally descend through the male line, unless the mother is a reigning queen or first in line to the throne. (Exceptions can be made.) Therefore, if the children of a princess are to have titles, their father normally must have a title and it must be the sort of title that involves titles for children.

Princess Anne in Britain married an untitled man who did not accept a noble title when one was offered to him. Therefore, Anne's two children by him are untitled.

In any case, there is no Yugoslavian monarchy any longer. In fact, there's no Yugoslavia. Princess Elizabeth's title is a mere courtesy. It no longer has any substantive meaning.

Edit: Princess Madeleine of Sweden and her untitled husband recently had a baby girl. She holds the title of "princess," possibly by special grant from Madeleine's father, the King of Sweden. Monarchs can do this, but it's unusual in this day and age.

Catherine Oxenberg is the daughter of a princess, but she is not titled. Oxenberg is a descendant of the Serbian House of Karađorđević. She has dual citizenship, American and Serbian, but her father was not titled, so she is not titled.

  • She is not a princess. Her mother married a commoner, so her daughter is a commoner. Only Queens may pass on titles, not princesses.

No - titles only inherited through the father.

NO. Americans are deemed too crude to be part of European elite.
