should it be child endangerment if a 16 or 17 year old girl uses a g-string swimsuit on a beach?
if so a felony or misdemeanor

If it's legal for an adult to wear the g-string then a child should be permitted to wear one also. Some local laws may not allow thongs or g-strings. But there is no harm in letting a 16 year old wear a skimpy swimsuit. Most mothers would object but it should be legal.

Absolutely not. You seem to be implying that the clothing children/women wear dictates the behavior of an assailant...
Because of the inequality in oft-misquoted rape statistics it's important to note that this is JUST as insulting to victims of violent crimes as it is to the men around us. First of all, no victim is responsible for the actions of their perpetrators... and second of all to assume that men lack the level of self-control needed to contain themselves when around the opposite gender - regardless of what they're wearing - is insulting and harmful to them.
It is not up to people to attempt to control the thoughts and actions of those around them, and those incapable of controlling themselves need to be locked away from society, so that they cannot harm anyone, ever again.
No, it shouldn't be considered child endangerment, either felony or misdemeanor.

If boys can wear speedos, girls can wear whatever the heck they want. Since when is anything feminine considered slutty? So much pressure on young girls these days.

On a babe it is acceptable but the fat ones should cover up more.

It shouldn't be illegal to wear what anyone wants.
