Is it safe to cook seafood and meat together in a crockpot?
I put a frozen, homemade OAMC meal containing cooked sausage, rice, raw shrimp and raw chicken in the crockpot on high at 12 PM and now it's 6 PM. It will probably be eaten around 7 PM.
I didn't make the actual meal, so I'm just wondering if that's safe or not.

Your shrimp may be over cooked and a bit rubbery by the time you are ready to eat.
It is safe but timing with raw seafood, raw chicken is so different that you should be putting the shrimp in last and they need only about 10 minutes to cook through.
Gumbo has the same combination you are using and there are millions of people south of the Mason Dixon line that would be surprised to fine it was not safe to make what I think is the National Dish of the South. (well that and Jambalaya)
