BQ: By the chance, Which of these are your favorite WWE Intercontinental Champion out of these list?

I'd probably push Rick Rude up the 80's-to-90's ranking considering how high profile his reign was. Maybe between Bret and Ricky, if not above Bret.
I'd probably push Jarrett down the 90's ranking, maybe switch him and Austin.
Attitude's hard to argue, Ruthless Aggression is pretty spot on. I might put Cody up higher on the PG ranking just based on his quality of match as champion, along with his pretty high profile programs and influence over bringing back the old white strap. I'd at least switch him out for Big E.
Other column is pretty solid, but I'd probably put Kerry up higher. At least switch him out with Storm and get him in the top 10.

The IC title started to lose its value around the year 1999. I wonder who I should blame that on.
