Its normal during last trimester. Our bodies release hormone relaxin wich softens the ligaments and tendons and we feel sore and painful. As ur baby grows inside it pushes up ur diaphragm n so u feel short of breath. Its normal. Ur baby requires more calories from you now as its putting on weight more day by day so u feel tired. Take small and frequent meals. Hope this helps. Be patient. U r almost there.

normal pregnancy symptoms. Entirely normal, but you should tell your doctor or midwife just to be sure. When you get out of bed you have to do the rolling thing now. Your abs are now so stretched out they're pretty useless.
