    Honky Tonk Man was only champion for so long because he had a no pinfall loses on television or straight to video television productions in his contract and the vast majority of title matches were shown in these formats and they were only 3 pay pay per views, the only format besides house shows where he had no creative control over, during his reign. The other way he could have lost the title was submission and that was as rare as hen's teeth back then. The other champions in the list, you missed out Davey Boy Smith
