Is this a scam?

I am selling 13 watches in Craigslist and this lady responded to me with this email:

Thanks for the prompt response to my mail. I will be buying from you

so please kindly withdraw the advert from C.LIST. Please be informed

that i will be paying with a certified check from my Bank it will be

delivered to you via United Parcel Service (UPS), so I'll need you to

provide me with the following information to facilitate the mailing of

the check...

Name to be on the payment...........

Home address...........

City..............

State...........

Zip Code..............

Last price...................

Cell phone #................

I will make arrangements for the pick up as soon as you have your

money I am completely satisfied with the advert and the payment will

be delivered within 24hours.** I use a hearing impaired phone # and

will receive your calls via email **..I'm sorry for the late respond

to your email ...N.B UPS does not deliver to a P.O box addresses.

Thanks

I was wondering if this may be a scam? Because I do not want to be part of any online Craigslist scam I would appreciate any help or advice that you have to offer!

Thanks

    Scam

Every check you get will be counterfeit but it takes 3-4 weeks for a certified check to bounce. YOUR bank gas no way to know if a certified check is fake or not. Only the issuing bank can do this and you have to go IN Person so they can check the watermark on the paper

Craigslist is ONLY for face to face CASH transactions or you will always get scammed. Checks and money orders are always fake and PayPal is from hacked accounts

Very likely. Do not ship until the check is CLEARED, not merely deposited. Should clear in 3 to 7 business days.

If she has a hearing-impaired phone, why does she need your cell number?
